Singing is good for you.
I offer one-one-one bespoke singing lessons that are crafted for each individual voice and personality. I mainly teach children and teenagers (minimum age for one-on-one lessons starts from 10 years old). For younger children, please enquire about joining the Taranaki Children's Choir.
Lessons help develop poise, confidence and tools to deal with nerves and public performing.
I'll always be a lifelong student of the voice and am fascinated by everything it can do.
Lessons are built around developing awareness so you can enhance your sound, alignment, and breath management. We study diction, ear training, language, performance skills and acting through song and drama.
Opportunities to sing in public come through local singing festivals and competitions, choir concerts, registered music teacher concerts, workshops and masterclasses with visiting experts, music theatre productions and Trinity classical and music theatre exams.
